TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE

As we look to the future of travel following the CoVID-19 pandemic, your health and safety are of paramount to us. Travel Wander introduces the following safety procedures across Wander Collection trips when leisure travel resumes. Designed to ensure the welfare and safety of our travelling members and teammates, while continuing to deliver the joy of active holidays, the following will be in place from the moment members join a trip until it ends.

Small Group Travelling
Trip group size will be capped at maximum capacity of 20 members, excluding Travel Wander’s trip facilitator(s) and overseas working teammates.

Accommodation
As much as we possibly can, selection of accommodations will be in accordance to global health and safety standards and/or policy set forth by the government of the respective country visited.

Health & Safety Measures
~ Pre-trip health declaration will be made mandatory before travel. Failure to submit the health declaration form may result in a restriction of travel.
~ All trip participants are highly encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19 unless due to valid health reasons. Proof of vaccination needs to be shown before trip departure. If you cannot be vaccinated against COVID-19 due to health reasons, a negative COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction test taken 3 days before the trip must be provided. You will not be able to join the trip without providing either documents.
~ Touch-free temperature checks will be made at the beginning and end of each day during the trip. If temperature do not meet the healthy range (below 37.5 Degree Celsius), you may be required to sit out of the activities for that day. There will be no refund for any unused portion of the trip.
~ Physical distancing of 1 metre will be encouraged throughout the trip when face masks are not worn. Where physical distancing is not possible, you will be required to wear a face mask.
~ Hand sanitisers will be provided and readily available for usage during the trip.
~ Liquid hand soap will be provided and readily available for usage during the trip.
~ Wearing of face mask is mandatory when travelling on various modes of shared transportation (not limited to overland transportation, and/or ferries) during the trip. You must bring along your own face mask and ensure there is enough face mask to last you for the duration of the trip. Refusal to wear face mask on shared transportation may result in you having to make alternative transportation arrangement.
